I didn't post anything yesterday even though I was up till midnight painting. Sorry. So here's the progress. I have just a little left to do of little dog Tate and his peaceful vigil. I'm really please with the colors and form in this.

I rarely choose references that have some many different converging perspectives. I would hate to do architectural landscape painting. I do however love to look at them and we even own some. That said there are a few NYC landscapes I keep thinking about doing. Of course they'll have a dog in them somewhere.
